Sinopsis: 25-year-old Ichikawa Eiko works in general affairs. Even when she does her job properly, she doesn't get much recognition and is often scolded for even small failures. When she's depressed, she says, "I want to be praised", and gets overheard by her senior Bando. He tells her, "So enthusiastic, like the Nebuta Festival!" and "Ninja-like work!" and while she's confused by his way of praising, she gradually grows more comfortable with it. This communication begins evoking small miracles in the general affairs department and the company as a whole.
