Synopsis: As serial rape murders have continued in Hwagok-ri village for the past 10 years, the villagers have left one by one and even the police have given up, but residents and police barely recover stability as nothing happens in the past two years. Then one day, a female college student is raped and murdered, and the village falls into fear again.
