Synopsis

When a rocket attack on a hydroelectric power station in Sarang is completed, the Chinese side sends the National Security Bureau's "Thunderbolt Team" to escort Chinese experts to support the repair, but unexpectedly there is a hidden agenda and spy game for the attack on the power station.
